Om det finns biljetter kvar säljs de vid biljettförsäljningen i trappan. Betalning med kort eller kontant. Förmånskuponger eller -kort (Tyky, Edenred, Smartum) tas ej emot på Ritz. De fungerar dock vid förköp från Netticket.fi eller StudioTicket i köpcentret Rewell.
Det finns trapphiss från bottenvåningen, var den tillgängliga toaletten finns, till cafét och salen på andra våningen. För kunder med hörapparat finns hörselslinga på raderna D till G.

Bortsett från små evenemang har vi garderobstjänst och avgift på 2€ per jacka. Kortbetalning möjlig. Betalning med Mobilepay, kort eller kontant. Alla ytterrockar ska lämnas in i garderoben, samt väskor större än ett A4-ark.
Vår stilrena bar är även öppen före och efter evenemanget. Det går att förbeställa drycker i cafét till evenemang med paus. Vid slutsålda evenemang är baren på läktaren öppen under föreställningen. Vid baren finns ett fåtal sittplatser. Drycker får tyvärr inte tas med till de egentliga sittplatserna.
